The Breath Belt

For first use, you want to start wearing the belt low with the bottom of the belt at the pubic bone. Place the balls in the belt on the low abs directly above the pubic bone to lengthen the various muscles that can cause pain in the lower lumbar spine. Every 5-7 minutes, move the balls upwards and outwards a few inches for the next 5-7 minutes. After a few uses, you will have a better understanding of which placements benefit you the most. Over time, you will use The Breath Belt less and less as you gain better control of your body.
