The minimalist SoChatti Chocolate Warmer heats and holds SoChatti chocolate at a constant temperature of about 110ºF while preserving the chocolate’s freshness and unique flavor profile. SoChatti's shelf-stable, chocolate pouches are warmed and ready to use in as little as 40 minutes, and can be reheated multiple times without affecting the taste or quality. Enjoy as much or as little as you like, then reseal it until you're ready for more.
SoChatti dark chocolate is 72% cacao and made from only 3 simple, all natural, responsibly-sourced ingredients. It contains no additives, emulsifiers or preservatives. SoChatti is dairy free, soy free, gluten free, nut free, vegan, kosher pareve, and halal.
SoChatti’s manufacturing process is designed to encourage innovation, and enables the creation and preservation of unique flavor profiles. Specific ratios of grinding media (extra-large steel balls) have been carefully selected to pulverize a broad range of ingredients. The active drying mechanism selectively absorbs moisture during manufacturing—an attention to detail that results in a smooth, glossy liquid chocolate.
