Product Description

This impressive Basilosaurus tooth was discovered in Dakhla Western Sahara, South Morocco and dates back 40 to 34 million years ago to the Late Eocene Period. Basilosaurus was first thought to be a reptile but was later identified as a genus of ancient cetaceans.
