A Luristan bronze arrowhead, ancient Persia, c. 1000–600 BC. Neat leaf-shaped form with a flattened midrib and rat-tailed tang for strong attachment to a spear’s shaft. Olive-green patina with heavy earthen and mineral deposits. Average length 1 5/8” (4 cm). From the highly curated Spangenberg collection, TX.
